I can't get enough of this vintage Goldette necklaces!!!
A little history about this brand that we love.
Ben Gartner who did business as the Circle Jewelry Co., first used the mark of "goldette N.Y. in the fall of 1955.
They mainly produced jewelry designed in Victorian style in antiqued gold fashion or bright silver finish, mostly known for their large leaded glass sets, fobs and locket pendants.
Very famous are also their slide bracelets. Sometimes we are so lucky we can find double strand bracelets with central cameo. What a rarity and what a precious piece!!!

I have a triple strand necklace with a central purple intaglio and six small stones in the other strands. Matching bracelet, both marked Goldette NY. From grandmother in PA. Anyone interested?
